hey guys were geting alittle of subject oh yeah i forgot this whole thread is off subject MEXICO HAS AN WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SOME OF BEST FIGHTERS THIS SPORT HAS SAW AN WILL SEE ON PAR WITH ANY COUNTRY AN ABOVE THE MAJORITY OF COUNTRIES OTHER THAN USA so to ******* that started this bull**** thread be proud of your heritage an history but be realistic when trying to discredit or undervalue a country MEXICO AN MEXICAN/AMERICANS whos cemented its status as a producer of greatness in the fight game

 

I agree i think thats why this got off subject though is cause the TM knows this this thread has been around a while and I and many have made this statement that Mexico will always have elite fighters coming out, its in a little bit of a slump compared to usual but Mexico is still a strong #2 as far as depth in boxing talent. Kind of like how the Dominican Republic will always produce baseball talent Mexico will always produce boxing talent, im sure there are already future greats fighting right know that in given time will be at the top of the Game.

Did you meet Panchito? Is that how you got that picture?

 

yes we were in vegas watching rocky juarez an frankie archuleta fight an we met ponchito very personable kid was realy bumbed at the course his career has took. an by the way i appreciate your boxing insight cause it is hard to find with pac,floyd,pavlik an pwillams bikering that is always going on all 4 very good but much more to boxing than them

I met Panchito when he was coming up and he was really cool took pictures with me and my Dad. ALthough i got the Idea he was reading his press clippings to much he had just won a JR Youth Tltle and was carrying it around like he was Champ of the world. I really had high hopes for him thought he was cant miss and saw him as a future destroyer of Floyd Mayweather I have a couple of friends ( one is a girl) who trained out the same gym as Panchito and they all said he didnt like to train and would dissapear from the gyms for months at at time(this is when he was active). He is still young but its too late i think his time has passed. Did you see the Clip of him on you tube doing Motorcycle wheelies like he was Evil Knievel or something He got fat looks to be over 200lbs.

 

yeah i saw him it is a shame cause he is wasting all that god givin talent it is to late more than likely but i still think he givin 6mon to year he could beat the maidana,kahn,an ortiz type guys but if it hasnt been in him for a while it probably never will i guess it is fan in me wishing

Okay like i said to Asero one time list your top 15 or 20 phillipino fighters and ill list the top 15 to 20 Mexican fighters and lets compare the list. You will see that the Phillipines dont got nothing on Mexico. Especially if you want to put up an All time list.

Phillipines has had a lot of good fighters but only about 3 greats.

Mexico on the other hand has about 20 that you could consider All Time Greats.

 

Thats why i was interested in seeing his list, you know incase he pulls a Trasero and ends up naming Donaire as an elite
