    Fair point indeed. But still, Lueshing was unknown over the pond and was expected to be nothing more than cannon fodder. He did himself proud that night, just by hanging with Tito whilst it lasted, not being overawed and not going down without giving it a hell of a shot first. :good

    Colin McMillan gave a very brave showing against Paul Ingle. Showed a lot of guts in that one.

    Ingle had some of the biggest bollocks in British boxing ever. Ultimatly costing him big time. His effort against Naz went way beyond expectations. Then came back to win a world title of his own.

    I've not seen the fight but Dave Charnleys loss in the rematch to Joe "Old Bones" Brown must have been a decent effort. It was the Ring Fight of the Year.

    Yeah I'd like to see that. Some claim Charnley was (ability wise) better than Ken Buchanan. High praise indeed.
