Obviously Taylor is now shot to pieces. Do you think at the end of it all, a pile of good fighters will be shot in similar fashion?

Kessler looks like the next candidate and needs to win his next fight in order to survive in boxing.

You are right, Kessler has to beat Froch or he should retire. He probably will too. Froch maybe? If he loses versus Kessler (which i think he will) and then in his last fight (who is he facing?) he might begin to look shot.

He's fighting Abraham. Two very tough fights.

Either Kessler or Froch. Dirrell doesn't engage enough to take that kind of punishment. I also wouldn't be surprised if Green takes back to back beatings...

It's hard to tell. All I know is that it is very good for the sport. I wish they could do a heavyweight version.

Sorry to blow your bubble but Abraham will ko Froch. Froch will land on Abraham's gloves for three rounds and then bang!

And I'm not a fan of Abraham. I can see how Dirrell, Ward and Kessler could win against Abraham, not saying they would, just see a way they could do it. When I think of Froch-Abraham, I see Abraham exploiting the same assets as Froch, but better. Better chin, more power, better timing. Only difference: Abraham has a good defense, Froch has a poor one.

Froch may be damaged goods if Kessler also knocks him out. If Kessler wins by decision and Abraham by KO, Froch will still have a career in front of him.

Dirrell: he could lose his three fights. It would be hard morally for him but he's still young. He has time in front of him.

Kessler: has to win against Froch.

    Green: has no career anyway.

Abraham: won't be damaged goods. He may have a loss or two but no one will ko him so...

Ward: I don't see how he could be damaged goods, unless he finds a way to lose to Green...

At least nobody will accuse the winner of fighting weak competition the whole career.

    Abraham finished and Froch crowned??

Abraham may lose a decision or two in the tournament, but how is a fighter with a tight defense and a superb chin going to be finished?

Froch gets hit a lot, he has nothing in his arsenal to avoid clean shots from Kessler and Abraham. Maybe he can gut out a win against Kessler, if the Viking warrior is truly shot. The version of Kessler that fought Andrade, Beyer, Calzaghe would easily beat up Froch.

Froch is a puncher with a lot of heart and no defense. Abraham is a harder puncher with a very tight defense and as much heart as Froch. I don't see how Froch can ever win this fight.

If Froch fights Abraham OUTSIDE OF GERMANY he will win.

thing was taylor froch and kessler were already reaching the end of their careers due to age or performances

froch needs to win the super 6 as does kessler, if they dont then their career is over

dirrell and ward, while i think they will lose, they are young and have a lot of fights left in them when they peak
