Yes it should have been stopped, this fight ruined Reids career. Damn Trinidad was truley an ATG power puncher. This was Trinidad's physical prime fight right here. His body was at its peak here, much moreso than even the tito that showed up against Vargas. That right uppercut at 3:02 was ****ing nasty. All it did was graze his forehead and Reids equilibrium was shot to bits there. Incredible power
I forgot how good of a fight this was. Tito was truly a monster back then. I don't think the fight should have been stopped in the 11th. He was down mutiple times but never seemed badly hurt. Reids career was always going to be a short one due to his right eye being damaged and always closing up
If i was David Reids dad i would blow trinidads brains out. Cheat ******* got what he deserved when he fought hopkins.
Should it have been stopped? Yes. Would I have stopped it, if it was my fighter (who only had 14 pro bouts)? Yes. Did reid show that he refused to lay on his shield, showing what a warrior he is by not staying down? Yes. He may not have won, but that was some gatti style guts to continue.

to me it seemed reid heart wasnt in it no more. he kept glancing at his corner like WTF. Gota respect how he kept going tho but i really think that was a nasty onslaught an should have been stopped.
Mitch Halpern should have stopped the fight. It wasn't even close. Not only did Tito beat him, he beat him up. At the 3rd KD in round 11 he should have just waived it.
