This fight seems to be won by Bhop in everyones mind already. The bookies in the U.K. have him clear favourite. But how good would it be for RJJ to find some inspiration and give Bhop a hiding. And thats the only reason i'm gonna be tuning in. In the hope that it happens.

DOES ANYONE THINK HE CAN DO IT? :huh :think

I think he can and will.
Last person Hopkins knocked out was Oscar nearly 6 years ago with a body shot. Hopkins workwate isn't very great either. I think Roy keeps himself upright and wins a wide UD
I hope he retires after this fight win or lose

    I don't think so....

Hopkins can land his sneaky right hand all night, Roy's reflexes are not good enough anymore to get out of the way.

I think Hopkins is gonna be hard for Roy to land clean on also, who is still fast but has lost some hand speed, and I don't think Roy is even as accurate with his punches as he used to be.

I think Hopkins will win a comfortable UD.... It would be nice if I am wrong.

Roy has lost so much speed, and is not as confidence as he use to be. Once Hopkin advances toward him we will see Roy turtling up at the ropes like he did against Green and Hopkin will KO him. Roy is not Roy anymore.

I think he can. The more I think about it I think he will. Hopkins has looked good out boxing Pavlik and Ornelas but they are not the boxers that Jones still is. Jones main weeknes are his legs. I don't think Hopkins has the power to put them to the test. Jones still has very good upper body skill and speed. He is a better puncher than Hopkins as well. I have the felling that either way this fight is not going to last too long. This is a grudge match and I think Hopkins will go for the 60/40 and try to knock Jones out, and not fight his best fight.

Jones doesn't have to turn back the clock, but he can't be gunshy in there, last fight he got caught but he was in with a hard hitting-puncher. Besides Hopkins is 45 and is on the downside as well. If Roy can pull a Jermaine Taylor, (which isn't hard, all he has to is let his hands go) he can get another UD over Hopkins.

No I see Hopkins giving Roy a beating and winning a clear UD

I don't think he can though.

Even in the Calzaghe fight, Joe had his hands down with his head in Roy's chest, and Roy would not even throw a punch.

 Someone always have to ask this question before a Jones fight. It's the same answer as always...NO, Jones is completely shot, he lost even his power.

Roy couldn't turn back the clock if it was daylight savings time let alone whoop someone.

Cant see it happening based on Jones diminished ability to take a shot.
If Jones was to get the upset it would set the HW division up nicely though.
