I tell you what I'm thinking of getting rid of HBO. The only reason I have it is because of boxing and it seems I'm watching more and more fights on the internet. I don't blame them for not showing Klitschko if they were losing money but **** every they have that I want to see is on PPV anyways.

So you'll cancel your HBO subscription because they won't pick the inevitable crapfest that is Klitschko-Chambers? Did you even bother to notice their lineup in the next few months?

    Alexander-Urango
    Maidana-Cayo
    Funeka-Guzman II
    Pavlik-Martinez
    Bute-Miranda
    Adamek-Arreola
    Khan-Malignaggi
    Ortiz-Campbell
    Berto-Quintana

Now why the **** would HBO spend a couple million to air a shitty fight between a guy who's stunk up the joint his last 5 fights or so and a guy who nobody's heard of? Would you rather they get rid of a couple of fights on the list above instead???

Is this what the Klitschkos have done to the HW division? :-(

Title fights aren't even on TV anymore? :patsch

I feel the same way. I haven't missed a Wlad fight since 01, and don't intend on missing an opertunity to see him knocked out cold. Though I probably got a better chance landing a knockout in the bedroom, than Chambers does of landing one in the ring that night.

As others have already said, it just shows how unpopular Wlad truly is in the states and other countries outside of Germany. I wish heavyweight boxing had the stars of the 90's again, instead we got two brothers who can make you fall asleep with not only there boxing, but with there boring personalities as well.

    :deal:

I'm sure the Klitschko sister's army will be along soon blaming someone else.

I'm sure of it. Wlad has noone to blame but himself. On the big stage a few years when he fought Iggy for unification. He put on one of his most boring fights to date, even Steward said in the corner something like "This is gonna look bad if you can't knock this guy out", well Manny was right. After 12 rounds the american fans let him have it, with boos coming from every direction. As for Iggy, he has yet to step back in the ring since, and it will be 2 years this month.

HBO is now being selective with what matches they wanna show of Wlad's. I guess you can't really blame them, can you?

Yes that fight really took the ****. Him slapping Ibragimov's hand down and pawing, apparently he never threw a right hand for 7 rounds :patsch
People were leaving half way through... but the sister's fans will blame someone else.

You can blame your oppenent to a certain extent, but at some point you got to say **** it and do what you have to do. That fight alone lost more fans that it did bring any to the sport. It was a terrible fight both men should be ashamed of.

Nah. Would rather spend $15 on a decent meal and a movie and then come home to watch the fight for free. Call me cheap but I just don't see what the big difference is between a live fight and a rebroadcast. If it's a mega fight I would totally shell out 50-60 bucks for a live version. Besides, Wlad and Eddie don't have the most exciting styles.
