floyd probably win this one coz he's more of a counter puncher... he uses timing a lot in his game. Pac uses his timing when he attacks specially with his right hooks and lead left.

fair analysis:good floyd's timing is different and he depends on it more but like you said pac uses timing very well when attacking. however, it is an enormous part of floyd's game, less so for pac-man
