What fighters carry your family names?

Miguel Figueroa and thats also my brother's name .. he got KO by Andre Berto

 

Then i have nothing.

 

My dads side is from New Mexico from before it was even part of the US . Lots of Mexican,Spanish,Native American,Irish mixed my great great grandather on my grandps moms side his last name was Curry , So may be they have some association with Donald and Bruces ancestors

 

I would strongly advise against anyone putting their full name along with mother's maiden name on a public board.

There is not a single boxer who shares my last name.

 

Paul Williams. that's me, sharing the name with "The Punisher". hah and yeah for sure, love the dude. but it's hard not to...

 

Family legend has it that the World Middleweight Champ Jack Dempsey "Non-Pareil" who was born John Edward Kelly in Ireland took his name from my great great grandfather on my mum's side "fighting" Jack Dempsey a notorious Irish bare knuckle prize fighter that fought all comer's on the New York docks.

So impressed was Kelly that he took my forefathers name for his ring name, every Irish family know doubt has a tale to tell, but i'am sure that this one has more fact to it than fiction.

 

you can also claim Kevin Kelley, although dont think he has much Irish in him.

would have claimed dawson if not for the family name change. actually not a single one listed on boxrec now that have my name after the change. but woth most of my family still carrying the name, i claim the man that is the man at 175

 

Are you from Buqure? My grandmas side is from there.
