A) Team Pacquiao - Never missed a test as determined by a sanctioning commission in a state, never had or given any reason to suspect of drug use by anyone in his camp or around it.

B) Floyd Mayweather - Who signed to Flight JMM at 145 in November last year and then actually didn't make the weight that he signed at.
