Yep. It died as I was writing on a Colin Kenna vs That guy Audley beat in the Prizefighter final whose name current escapes me, in that Wetherspoons.

Still, the night went good.

I actually have a CD of songs all about boxers called "Champ!" by Johnny Wakelin. It's absolutely f****g appalling! So bad it's funny.
There's songs on there about Muhammad Ali (including "Black Superman"), Sugar Ray Leonard, Rocky Marciano, Lennox Lewis, Naseem Hamed, Frank Bruno & Mike Tyson. Avoid at all costs, unless you have a warped sense of humour.

There are a band called Sun Kil Moon; all their songs are about boxers that died young. never listened to 'em thoug.

 

Someone mentioned them to me in work before, never heard anything of them myself either.
