Floyd-Shane and the obvious "personal trash-talk" double-standard.

Floyd called him in to speak and Shane went a little overboard. I don't think Floyd thought he would trash talk. Floyd just won a fight and deserved to be receiving respect for his efforts of the past 35 minutes. I was actually a little disappointed in Shane.

 

HE IS DELIVERING NOW...FIGHTING SHANE AND THAN HOPEFULLY MANNY (WHO MANY OF HIS OWN FANS CONSIDER HIM TOP 10 ATG)...FLOYD'S CAREER ISN'T OVER YET..HE JUST FOUGHT THE 2 GUY IN A TUNE UP AND IS NOW FIGHTING THE BEST FIGHTER IN HIS DIVISION..THE ONLY REASON HE COULDNT GET THE BEST IN THE WORLD IS CUZ THE BEST IN THE WORLD WASN'T GONNA BE READY BY MARCH 13TH AND THE DRUG TEST THING:deal

 

Floyd called him over, it's not like Shane did a Kanye.

Shane aint perfect and no one is saying he is. He's a human, he does some **** too, why does he have to be a God to be considered classier than PBF? PBF's trashtalking and disrespectfull behaviour is on a different planet to Mosleys. It' like comparing suits, one is custom made, the other is off the rack. Just because they're both suits doesn't mean they're the same.

Like you said it's just talk but what do you expect? Play the villain and you get treated like one. Simple. No big deal.

Anyway, you can't slap a guy and get mad when he pulls out a shotty.


Shane straight up caught Floyd off guard and disrespected him, being boosted up by BHop. You can't all of a sudden complain about Floyd raising the bull**** to a new level.

 

Floyd is held to hire standards than other fighters...maybe it's his mouth that make it that way but regardless he is still held to hire standards than say, manny pac or shane mosley

I see your point, but Mosley didn't even disrespect him then. Hopkins set that crap off. Had Hopkins not been there and Kellerman and the TV crew had an ounce of skills, took one question from Mosley, and turned his back to box Mosley out to focus back on FMJ? That would have been classic.

Instead, B-Hop started ranting and turned it into drama. Both Mayweather and Mosley started that like gentlemen.

I can't blame that exchange on either of them. It wasn't really either guy's place to apologize.

I said Hopkins sparked off the situation coupled with Kellerman & Co.s lack of mediation skill. FMJ was just out of a fight and his adrenaline was high. To run up on the man SHOUTING at him was foolish. It escalated, but by that point neither man was in a position mentally or physiologically to back down.

Why do you think they have laws about inciting riots? Idiot. If your stupid butt can't understand that then shame on you.

 

Shane should have never stepped his punk ass in there and insulted Floyd the way he did at the post fight interview. That **** was un-called for and Floyd's gonna make him pay.


Will he go overboard? Sure. But Shane not only pulled a ***** move after the Marquez fight, but he also talked about Floyd's tax problems...


Floyd is definitely wrong. But Shane doesn't exactly have clean hands.
