He made a great point about the blood testing that I've stated before. The excuse about Manny getting weakened by a blood test is obviously bogus. Cuts happen in the sport of boxing all the time and fighters lose more than a teaspoon of blood. Pacquiao has been cut before during fights and has still performed well.

Here's another interesting thing. Mayweather claims that the 10 mill per lb. penalty only applied to him. Amazing that Team Pac keeps going on about how it's not right for Mayweather to make up his own rules. However, Pac seems to have no problem not only making up his own rules but not even applying these made up rules evenly.
I think Mayweather is wrong on this one. He did not say the 10 mil penalty only applied to him but he sure implied it. If I remember correctly, team Pacquaio stated that the 10 mil penalty was for both of them so maybe Mayweather forgot that because he was focusing on his talking points too much.
