Oh, I agree, totally. Sad, but, true. They ignored Guzman when he was at 130. Refused to fight Raheem. So, why are people surprised that he is avoiding Floyd? People don't pay attention any more.

My central problem everytime I read a post like this is the ignorance of the facts.

At no time in the negotiation process did I read or hear anything about Pac REFUSING to test.

The argument is over the SCHEDULING of the tests.

Now I'm not saying that Manny hasn't drawn some suspiscion from many as a result of his refusal to bow to the MSAC (Mayweather State Athletic Commission).

What I do find hard to understand is how a disagrement over the scheduling of bloods - Urine was agreed to be tested randomly - Is an outright refusal to be tested at all.

he's right. He doesn't need to fight Mayweather. He would fight him for sure but he definately doesn't need to.

    his legacy is already set

It's not. What I think is it being a matter of having the ability to read and to think clearly. I guet these types of responces to me all the time, and 99% of the **** they reply about has nothing to do with the actual topic or what I've said. It's pretty ****in stupid is what it is. But hey, repleast something enough, the idiots will buy it.

Exactly he refused random blood testing which defeats the whole purpose of a random test if you set the schedule of when they can be administered.:deal

Shut your weed smoking anti drug testing ass up. What's wrong Lance get fired from your crab fishing boat for smoking too much dro and failing a test? I see why you side with Pac here you're both against drug testing.

 You think mentioning weed means something? Yeah...I've smoked weed. I rarely do anymore and haven;t for years now. We all grow up. Try it some times. And? Is that it? Is that supposed to discredit me?

I guess the fact that the only fighter you like and post about is Floyd and how you defend him every post and verbally suck his **** DOES NOT discredit you? Okaaayyy....:patsch

The whole point of the PROTOCOL is the scheduling (RANDOM). Refusing random testing defeats the entire purpose of the testing.

It is the same as a "no knock" search warrant. If you suspect people of a crime to you call them weeks out and tell them when you will be executing the search? Defeats the purpose of the search.

The only acceptable scheduling is random. The only point of negotiations is in the cut off. Team Pac dropped out because of a 14 cut off, that they lied about, and random blood testing, which they knew about from the beginning.

Other than the MSAC - Who has random blood testing in the rules of the sport?

And is not random urine testing a sufficient catch all as a negotiation in between the bloods?

Serious question here. Didn't Shane Mosley pass all of his random urine drug test?

Well, it's not so much that Pacquiao doesn't want to fight Mayweather, it's just that he knows he'd have to go through adequate drug testing, which is something, for some reason, he will not do.

Fernando Vargas, James Toney and others did not.

And a serious point which to me goes more to the central issue of the sports administration than to the failed negotiations of the sport altogether -

What the urine is tested FOR by the Dr's in any SAC, MUST be under review now surely.

In direct answer to your question:

    A) I can't answer that as I don't know if he was tested randomly leading up to the second DLH fight - Was the testing done after the fight or leading up to it?

    and

    B) The "Clear" or whatever it was Mosley was using at the time was supposedly cutting edge. Now that they know more about EPO and the agents that one might take to mask its use - Surely the testing of ANY bodily fluid must be reviewed and updated as new performance enhancing drugs are bought into the market.

Because as equally valid as your statement is:

Didn't Marion Jones pass her random urine AND blood tests at the Sydney Olympics?
