someone who is mentally done does not go into a fight with Margarito with the intention of knocking him out and following it through, stop talking ****. This is a good, tough fight for both guys.
Mosley is playing a role that he's not accustom'd to ... he's going to embarrass himself yet again, the good thing is that his legacy is already in tact. He's also going to make a good 5 or so rounds of the fight making it competetive.
Shane looked stronger in his ability to move Floyd. Too bad being the stronger man does not mean everything. Otherwise Floyd would have a HORRIBLE night on May 1st.
I bet that Floyd would have NEVER put his hands on Margarito. Floyd always picks who to touch. Lol. He knows Shane is a relaxed guy and DLH too. I would like to see him do that to Mayorga or Vargas. He wouldn't.
I agree with ya on Mosley making a mistake already talking about going for a knock. Mayweather has Mosley beat psychological already :yep
its about what happens in the ring and Floyd is fighting the guy who destroyed Margarito, who apparently Floyd is afraid of touching
Every fighter in the boxing community knows that Floyd would destroy Margarito, there is no question about that. Margarito was and to some degree still is a product of media hype and his fight with Shane Mosley proved that. He can't handle speed and movement ... Shane also exposed Margarito for his lack of footwork and ability to fight going backwards.
Mosley still has very fast hands though. Floyd was probably surprised at that Bruce Lee type parry that Mosley pulled off.
that shyt was staged...look at the guy in the back ground stick his head in when he came up then instantly Floyd pushes Mosley...and whens the last time a shoving match happens in boxing and NO ONE is there to seperate the two? I mean no one came up they just stopped by themselves....that shyt never happens.
Mosley is going to make it a fight for as long as it lasts. Speed, power, and aggression are not going to play factors in the outcome. The factors that matter is accurracy, timing, and distance. The pace of the fight is also important ... if Molsey tries to outwork, bully, overpower, or match speed he's going to be in for more than he's bargained for. He's going to have to take his time and make many adjustments, he's also going to have to out think Mayweather ... the only way to knock him off is to make sure you KO him mentally and no one has been able to do that yet.
