Yeah, I agree with that, mate.

I'd like to see him rest a bit more then fight a couple of easy fighters. Take a break like Gatti did, to revitalize himself. Whilst Foreman isn't great, he should present problems for Cotto. I do think Cotto will win though and I'd like to see him return to face the loser of Mayweather/Mosley, after an easy tune-up fight.

Amen.....say it again for me brother!

Finally someone who recognizes that just because a fighter loses doesn't mean something went horribly wrong.

Maybe he was just beaten by a better fighter on that particular day.

Liar! Mayorga didn't go for those hammer shots as Shane got closer to trade and went right into grabbing and messing up instead. I very much doubt that Floyd would go for it against Mayorga having known that he had fought at 168 lbs before going to 154lbs. Blood talks first in here.

Some good points, THERE IS proof Against Margo ever heard of the saying "caught you red handed?" Against Pac there is no proof only speculation that came from a less than reliable source. and I wish Cotto spoke better English , it would be easier to measure or detect any damage. As far as physical damage I don't see it. He looked fine against Pac. You have to realize Pac would have done the same thing or worse to any version of Cotto. and Cotto did do better than ODLH and Hatton combined.

Is he done, maybe. I don't think he is. Miguel wouldn't embarrass himself if he thought he was done. He gave Manny a hell of a fight. So, no, I don't think he is done.

I hope Miguel still has some good fights left in him. He's one of my favorite guys to watch, but im concerned about his health in the long run. I don't think it's a stretch though to say he may never be the same.

I don't think Cotto is quite finished yet..Lots of talk about him being really motivated right now..

Got a link to the interview?

Sad but true, if Cotto can't beat Foreman just retire...but if he pulls it off go for a Margo rematch. Beat his ass and get one more payday with Mayweather or Berto, then retire.

Let me guess... you are promoting these opinions, but you don't necessarily share them, right?

    Coward.

It's his opinion, proven neither incorrect or otherwise. He's entitled to it.

Cotto looked phenomenal against Mosley and Margo for the first half.
