Mayweather is very personal with his training, doesn't like sparring to be recorded.

He's probably very precise and wants to be perfect with his padwork.

Probably while theres not much serious footage of it.

Well it is something but its not out of the ordinary for sure, specialy for someone who has a world class skills.

I know because I used to do this on some beginers and trust me after a while they get the hang of it. What they dont realise is the feeder (the one holding the mits) is the one doing the work for them. They can literally close their eyes and still hit, because Im hitting their fist with the mitts and not the otherway round

A person with good coordination and a feeder who can feed it right can do this. You should try it with a mate or something, you will find that after an hour or so you can more or less both work in tandem.

Considering floyd have been doing this for a long time, it isnt surprising at all hes good at it. :good

Yup. It's all entertainment. I like that he takes the time to show the fans some of them skills. Good job promoting this fight too.

Haters act like this is choreographed like a movie . . . LMFAO. if you cannot tell roger changes things up by throw a punch or moving the pads. tes he can look away because he can see through peripheral vision. Besides if it was all scripted down to the last movement it would still be very impressive. I hate manny's pad work because he has that amateur bounce that he has to get rid of and it just re-enforces this flaw that should be corrected. bouncing=rhythm, rhythms can be timed . . . this is bad news for someone who can take advantage of this flaw like JJM. Even Clottey's jab, like cotto's, could give him a problem (even though I see him winning in the end)

At least you know he's good at it. I've done my share with the mits. I'm not commited enough to get good though. Dont got a person to train with either. And though i'm sure many get the hang of hitting the mitts i still dont think most can hit them without looking at what they are doing. Not without ****n up quite a bit.

Nope its not choreographed, movement are random. But when floyd look away, thats when uncle does his job to make sure floyd fist land on the pads... its all demo obviously done for the fans, nothing more.

You will **** up if you train with someone not knowing how to feed right. Definately not everyone can do it.

NO. Physical strengths are ***** handicaps. They prejudice themselves against physical attractiveness. You would know that if you were really "fly," young Dorothy.
