On paper this should be as boring as every other valuev fight. But if Vitali knocks him out not only will he become a YouTube hit, but it will really build the hype fir a Haye fight.

Yeah as a Youtube hit is more important than a potential Haye fight :yep

I said earlier 'IF' VK knocks him out - he may not KO him, but he definitely has the win. I do think it could be a less boring fight than Valuev's usually are though.. and probably will watch.

Good fight & the best that could be made for either fighter since Wladimir & Haye are tied up with mandatory defenses.

Have you seen how Haye reacted when Valuev charged him with a fast shuffle and loaded his whole weight into a body punch ? He **** himself. Haye was fast enough most of the time, Vitali won't. So these charges will be frequently there, unless Vitali can discourage him.

This promises to be a boring fight, but I'm glad Vitali is taking it. The reason being is the Klit brothers are often criticized for simply using their obvious abdvantages(height, reach) to cruise to easy victories. Against Valuev the role is reversed, Vitali is the one who has to get inside and I think we'll be able to see what kind of boxer he is in this fight.

Even though I think Valuev is a shitty fighter, I'm liking this fight. They should call it clash of the titans. Come on Vitali -- let's see that knockout! Then fight Odlanier Solis and Haye and call it a career. That would be a hell of a way to go out.

Well, that's good news. But it's not like Valuev calls the shots. I believe it when the ink of the contract has dried.

:dead Maybe you should ask that fat Mexican if he thinks that Vitali doesn't bring any movement.

Vitali does not hit that hard anymore. I doubt he'll chop that tree. But he'll perform better than Chagaev/Ruiz/Haye/Holyfield against Valuev.

And that will be the call to Haye: "look how it's done!".

Haye beat Valuev comfortably, i'm not sure how Vitali can send a 'look how it's done' without KOing the big man, which he wont btw.

While it is true that Vitali has lost or seems to have lost a bit of power and speed over the years, Valuev never had either. He's a remarkably unremarkable fighter who is known merely for his hieght and odd appearance and really nothing else. No speed, no power, no real skill. A decent jab and height are all that the caveman has ever brought to the table.

He broke his hand and won a split decision. Really, grow the hell up! I've heard of being a homer, but this is ridulous. Comfortable?
