Floyd is hella impressive...his skills and ability is what makes him great! I just wish he had a little more substance to his resume.....a few great wins but nothing that would be on level with what he brings to the ring with god given talent and skills.

 

A true professional with his preparations.....Floyd being on top of the sport is not b/c of just talent alone...the man works hard. Just like Manny......there is a reason Floyd vs Manny is what everyone wants to see....lets just hope Manny and Floyd win and the build up to their match up increases 10 fold.

anyone that says this dont help **** and easy.. dont know **** about boxing and has neva step foot into a boxing gym!!! i have tried it and its not easy wteva so ever!! u need to have timing and reflexes for this!! and u definitely get tired much quicker!!

 

Yes he can....it is a routine. So Floyd's body knows what to do without really thinking. You see he's looking into the crowd for the most part. He can do the same routine blindfolded. Now if someone else was holding the mitts Floyd wouldn't be able to do that b/c it's a routine that only him and Roger came up with.

 

its hilarious when Roger says this ****. But hitting the mits builds stamina, muscle memory, reflexes, counter-punch timing, and helps you keep your defense tight. don't just speculate if you have never done it.

 

Padwork is always a routine. I don't really get what the knock is here. The only difference is that Roger and Floyd don't use verbal signals and do it at a continuous pace.

That's a fact. It's been the same old story all the way down the line. The ones who want to sound like they don't just purely hate Floyd and are actually fair typically spew some bull**** like, "Oh, well, Floyd was great at 130lbs and fought Castillo at 135lbs, but after that he's fought no one." After Mosley they'll just pick a new posterboy for their cause.

All the same though, history will judge Floyd kindly and see these megafights for what they are. Floyd vs. Mosley is the biggest fight of the year.
