    Source it? Man they get that ish from the Pac fairy!

    The same fairy erased their memory of Manny accepting drug tests then running away, taking on Cotto and not the REAL test Mosley, etc...

    This guy said it best

    [yt]wQLBvCP7u2w[/yt]

    Floyd didnt choose Mosley he was stuck with Mosley.

    Team Mayweather threw out names like Campbell and M.Hatton and saw the negative fan reaction to these fights. Floyd can get away with one irrelevant fight with JMM but another one will get him crucified.

    "Matthew Hatton, the welterweight younger brother of Ricky Hatton, claims Mayweather's camp has contacted him three times".

    There is also an interview with Hatton himself on the same site where he talks about it,

    Now, be quiet, you ignorant ****.

    Matthew Hatton claims one his people told him to be ready to fight Mayweather. Both GBP and Ellerbe deny that Hatton was ever considered as an opponent. Saul Alvarez also claims he was a frontrunner to fight Mayweather. I guess it's a coincidence they are fighting eachother on Mayweather's undercard.

    It does seem to be a coincidence considering Hatton had a fight lined up which fell apart and that is the reason he is fighting Alvarez...

    I see what you're saying, but you're wrong. Campbell said the same thing Alvarez did but neither were approached like Hatton was. Thankfully, common sense prevailed and they moved on but Hatton was contacted.

    Campbell fully admitted he was never contacted. Alvarez says he was, as did Hatton. Here's an actual quote from Hatton;

    “I was at a family party and Gareth [Williams, Hatton Promotions CEO] said Richard Schaefer had mentioned the possibility of Floyd fighting over here [in England] and would I have been prepared to fight him.”

    So he basically said that someone told him that Schaefer told them, that Floyd told him, that Floyd wanted to come fight over in England. Now if people seriously want to believe that Floyd wanted to come over to England to fight Hatton, so be it. It makes zero sense, but whatever. However, these guys aren't stupid. They would've had to have known that no one would be interested in that fight. So if Mayweather was seriously contemplating fighting a guy that he knew everyone would get on his **** for fighting, how could he ever forced to fight Mosley?
