Who was buying his fights with Arum? (He was quiet back then.)

Who was buying SSM's fights? (This will probably be his biggest fight next to maybe ODLH.)

Gatti was him first beginning to step out. That is where the rift developed. Also, what did he say about Gatti that he didn't later prove to be true in the ring?

You do also notice the tone of interviews with "Lyin'" Brian Kenny right?

I do notice the tone. As i have stated all along. Sometimes angry sometimes nice. Changing like he changes his clothes.

Being a pro athlete is not a job. It is a lifestyle. Even more so if you are a combat athlete. You define yourself by it. Another man diminishing your accomplishments is personal. Another man saying he will beat you is personal.

You don't see the combativeness of Kenny when he talks to FMJ? You think FMJ starts out combative or it escalates?

It is like you are talking to us with blinders on?

But it's connected. How can you feel sorry for someone who seemingly has so much? There aren't many people out there who wouldn't switch places with Mayweather in a heartbeat. Floyd certainly has character flaws, but what is so bad about his life? He's got his father back in his life, he works with his uncle, he has 4 healthy kids, he lives in a big ass house, drives nice cars, wears nice clothes, he does what he loves for a living. Not only that, but hes one of the best and most succesful in the world at what he does. You can't seriously expect the average person to feel sorry for a guy like that.

Are you saying Floyd has to react that way because its what he does, its his lifestyle e.t.c? Dumbest thing i have ever heard. There have been many pro athletes/fighters who are able to take criticism and not react like an idiot when someone questions them or even attacks them. Just because Floyd is unable to do it doesnt make it mission impossible.

Your original post basically asks if we feel sorry for him because he contradicts himself. All things considered, it seems like a trivial thing for which to feel sorry for a person. There is so much ****ed up **** that happens to people all the time. I simply don't have time to feel sorry for a millionaire with so many advantages in life.

Not because he contradicts himself. Because he seems to have a lack of basic self control. I guess i should have said feel sorry for or pity that one particular aspect of Floyd. Of course there people far more worst off i didnt think i would have to clarify it to this extent.

I see what you're saying. I still don't feel sorry for him. If his lack of self control was really costing him life, maybe I would feel sorry for him. But it hasn't, so I don't. Tiger Woods seems to lack self control, but I sure as hell don't feel sorry for him either. I know people personally who lack self control and it's cost them their jobs, their freedom, their family. Those are the people I feel sorry for.

Dude I think you have some underlying beliefs you are trying to get validation for. In your world nothing anyone says should draw a reaction.

Any person can rile up any other person. Media personalities pick and choose who to rile up. NO MEDIA person goes in on Manny about the contradictions of blood testing. NO MEDIA person goes in on Manny about his flip flopping on the issue. It is plainly obvious.

People like you give guys like Larry Merchant and Brian Kenny a pass for that ignorant baiting. Then you blame the person who was baited. Why? Deep down you have certain beliefs.
