Castillo since losing to Floyd only had one significant win and it was because of a big weight difference between him and Corrales in the second fight. He hasn't been the same fighter !

Then at 140 he challenged Cotto and Hatton denigned, denigned. Then at 147 another challenge was sent to Mosley National TV Denignal. The only 2 guys I see he ever ducked was Margarito and Williams. When he fought Judas he was said to be ducking Baldamir then he fought Baldamir and when he beat Baldamir, Baldamir became unworthy. He didn't get credit for fighting ODH at 154 only weighing 148, look kids no catch weight. Still according to detractors he is getting his credit.

I would agree with most of his detractors and say the guys an butthole that is not good for boxing. His attitude is wrong and he says a lot of thing he shouldn't. Because I don't like him as a person has not stopped me from seeing what he has done in the ring.

One more thing the Castillo fight, at the time when he moved up Castillo was considered the best in the division, but once again he doesn't get credit for that either.

 

But who amongst them are saying he is ATG? Promoters of him are not included. And who cares if he is Dirrel's favorite fighter. And every EXCEPTIONAL fighter gets rated against the past.....what and the hell are you talking about? DLH was rated against the past, Shane was and Tito was.

Any time you reach real popularity and are considered the best at the time they begin to rate you against the past. It just so turns out that perhaps you weren't watching boxing when Shane was considered the P4P best or when DLH was or RJJ was or Hopkins was. All were scrutinized and all were compared to the ATG's. When you are on top and in your prime you are usually compared to the past's best if you are considered the best.
