Foreman was what 45 when he regained the title? Knowing how King is, Im sure that is his intention for Tyson, to beat Foremans record, plus he holds exclusive promotional rights to Tyson Holy 3. Tyson has a good chin, he has decent speed and power, so why couldnt he have the same success that Foreman had? Vitali is quitting soon, steer clear of Wlad, and Haye has about the same glass jaw as Moorer.:yep
King would be smart to hire Rooney for Tyson, a lot of people would buy into that just to see if Rooney could make chicken salad out of chicken ****.

These reports probably have no basis in facts whatsoever.

Anyway, if Tyson climbed in the ring with Holyfield he'd get killed.

Actually I heard it too from a close friend of Tysons last week. Kings been working on him for a while now, since the commentary gig. Hes definitely slimmed down as well. Check him out on Dancing with the Stars. He definitley shouldnt attempt a dancing career.

You don't quit, do you ?
Foreman didn't abuse substances for half his life.
These hard drugs leave gaping holes into your brains.

Agreed and fingers crossed, it would be great seeing him do it at 46.
Considering the competition, people are writing off his chances way too fast.

I've always been a huge Tyson fan, and I've been glad to see him doing well post boxing. Everyone is right, and the man said it himself, he has no desire to fight anymore.

Watching him lose to Lewis was awful. One of the saddest days in my boxing fandom.

I think if he got into shape he could possibly make some noise, but he certainly couldn't be top 5, probably not even top 10.

But, you got guys still out there like Golatta, Botha, Holyfield.. and I think Mike could compete on that sad, sorry level.

Yeah, Mike should stay retired from the ring and pursue other projects now that he is finally getting some good exposure.
