I truly belive Floyd will pocket $40M on this fight. Easy 1.5M ppv imo. I'm assuming the split is like 60/40 or even 70/30 with Floyd guaranteed 20M (or 25M).

 

Floyd is doing a FANTASTIC job at selling the PAC vs PBF fight. You haters don't even realize it.

Oh, and by him proving he brings more #s means he gets the lions share.

So what he's doing and has been doing is very smart business wise.

Also, FMJ's team is a better business team for him than Pac's team is to him.

Not that it matters much to me who makes more money, but Floyd makes more b/c he's set himself up to where he is able to keep more money than he shells out to the promoters. Floyd is a smart business man as he should be knowing that his family in the past has all the experience to know what to do and what not to do in this sport both inside and outside the ring.

 

But in all honestly Uli I don't think Manny cares who is on the Forbes top 100 for athletes. As long as he is comfortable where he can take care of his family and friends, I think that is all that matters to him. PAC seems to be able to keep his money and isn't loosing it like so many other boxers who have lost everything after making a boat load of money.

 

I agree with this. But I dont' think Manny holds the importance of MONEY in the same way Floyd feels about his paper.

 

Naw, nobody wants to be compensated less than somebody else who is doing the same job (or less than the same job, if you are a *******). Think about it in your career. Doesn't matter if you earn minimum wage or millions of dollars.

This shouldn't be something to criticize Pac for in terms of the Floyd vs Manny **** talk around here, who would win, who's better, etc, but how can you justify Mayweather making so much more than Pacquaio? Arum is a crook and Pacquiao is a terrible businessman who surrounds himself with a bunch of dummies.

I'm ordering the Floyd/Mosley fight and not botherin with the Pac/Clottey fight. I think Floyd's fight will do much greater numbers

 

I don't think Pac thinks enough about money to realize he could be getting more than he is. I think he cares more about legacy.

But also, how much $ does he make off those movies and concerts and kissing babies and whatever the hell else he does in the Philipines?

 

Also, the PBF-Mosley fights means a hell of a lot more than the Clottey-Pac fight.
