I truly believe Shane lost to Oscar clearly the second time.

Also, when Mosley fought Oscar, Oscar CHOSE to stnd toe to toe instead of boxing, because he felt he had **** to prove after the Trinidad disaster/robbery.

Mosley isn't going to revamp the mechanics of his punches for this fight. Expect the same jab as you're used to. Trying to make big changes before a fight of this magnitude is guaranteed to turn out bad. There wouldn't be enough time to become accustomed to a new style. Mosley would be better off trying to be the best at what he is, coupled with the right gameplan - not tweaking his fundamentals.

Dont know boxing at all. Floyd faced tougher opponents in the lighter weights, you think likes of Diego undefeated at that time was a joke? :-(

Floyd Mayweather has a much superior jab to Mosleys. :deal

Also, all of Mosley's losses have came behind the jab. Not good news for Mosley.

Oscar was a Boxer Puncher. But he was multi dimesional and could strictly box if he wanted to. He outboxed Trinidad, and Fernando Vargas impressively.

Oh, but against Mosley, in their first fight, Oscar decided to go toe to toe.

Yep. The greatest myth of the Floyd vs. Oscar fight was that Oscar's jab was some sort of miracle weapon. Floyd put Oscar's jab in his pocket and shut him down over the distance. The jab was by no means the weapon it's been built up to me. Furthermore, as you said, in which eight rounds did Oscar control the fight with this jab?

Oscar was versatile, but pure boxing was Plan B. Much like it was Cotto's.

Oscar was on an entirely different level than Cotto.

The jab was really effective against Floyd. I cannot think of anyone else Floyd has fought with a jab as good as Oscar's.

The reason Oscar stop using the jab was because he obviously gassed a bit, and couldn't shoot it with enough speed and force.

Sure, Oscar has a nice jab, but a good jab doesn't win a fight against Floyd. The, "All Oscar had to do was keep jabbing" reasoning is laughable. No one is simply going to "jab" Floyd to a decision.

Ya we are going to see Punching bags getting rip off and chains breaking and the trainer holding his arm in pain after Shane is done working the pads.
