There are a lot of things to dislike about Floyd but one thing I credit him for is the fact that he is giving everyone confidence that he is clean or PED free. As far as being the greatest ever? I don't think he's close yet but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a right to think that he is on that level. Hell, I think my Dad is the greatest father ever. Should I be ridiculed for making that statement?

He has to work on being the best in his own era first. Like winning fighter of the year more, getting back P4P #1 back (not only thering one, but majority of the boxing circle / critics too), winning fighter of the Decade, etc. Also, Had he lived in the late 70s / early 80s, he won't even be a top 5 fighter in WW / Lightweight - hearns, duran, hagler, srl, arguello, pryor will all beat him as well as many other fighters in that era. He has a problem breaking in top 40 ATG, work on getting him in there first.

The negotiation fallout with Pac will look bad on both of them if the fight won't get made. History will judge them harshly. I mean, best of certain eras within the same division usually fight thrice or atleast twice, heck these two mofos can't even make one.
