Toontoon, and FYI back in 2006, when Manny signed with Nike, he was #2 P4P right behind Floyd in Ring magazine. He went on to win fighter of the year in 2006 as well.

Sounds to me like that's up there with the best, dont you agree?

Maybe back then Pacquiao wasn't as developed and refined as he is today, but even as a left handed slugger he was at the top of the game. It's just that he's improved so much as a boxer that he has threatened not only Floyd's undefeated record, but more importantly, Manny Pacquiao has become a serious threat and contender to Floyd's earning power.

So what did you think of Pacquiao going back on his agreement to fight Hatton because he wanted more money?

He agreed 50-50 but threatened to pull out of the fight until they offered him 52-48.

But of course Pac isn't money motivated is he.

"If Pacquaio was getting $30 million from Nike then Arum would be the first one setting Mayweather straight with his claims."

Toontoon... Honestly, I would be surprised if a man of Arum's stature would even bother dignifying Floyd's ridiculous 74k Nike claim. He has better things to do like charge Floyd and GBP with Racism due to their bigotry at the LA Press conference.

This 75k Nike discussion belongs to internet forums and to be argued by chumps like you and me.

    How is he going low?

It's a business like it's a sport, by saying things like that he confirms that a fight with him does indeed generate a lot of money/interest. That's a guy promoting his self, that's how the business works in boxing. Just another sign that he's yet again trying to get Pac's attention by keeping the talk going and Pac has been doing the same lately as well which is enough proof that both do indeed have their eyes on one another. By trying to make more money he's going low?

Besides, you can talk all you want behind the computer about how you won't go low and all that **** but have you been in a position of making millions of dollars by risking your life going in a professional boxing match or any other life risking activity?. If not then you haven't been that HIGH and will never be so you have zero experience or idea about what goes in their heads.

I understand clearly, you're claiming that Floyd is greedy yet when I give you an example of Pacquiao being greedy you don't want to hear it.:good

    No toontoon. I'm not kidding.

Im not saying Arum won't comment, but I'm saying I'd be surprised if he'd even bother. Like I said, Floyd saying Nike only pays 74k to an elite athlete belongs in internet discussions and does not need the attention of Arum.

Once again, I ask any and all Floydettes to provide a link proving that Nike, a FOTTUNE 500 company pays only 74k.

74k is a little less than the salary they pay a shoe designer at Nike in Oregon.

Nothing PBF does is surpirsing because he's in constant self-promotion mode.

Yup nike only choose the best of the bunch. Floyd is jealous of the 75K pac is getting because hes not having any

Every time he speaks, he becomes more and more unlikeable fool. The funny thing is, hes still at it like hes on a mission or something. But then I guess he is on a mission.
