Well he cant beat Alexander IMO, who is a great young fighter. Added to that, Urango is a somewhat dangerous fight for him...but I expect Alexander to win that one anyway.

I doubt he will fight the winner to be honest. Either fight is a bit too risky at this stage. Having said that, golden boy probably wont mollycoddle him in the same way Warren would.

And he deserves criticism if he doesn't take the fight, solely because he cherrypicked a beltholder. You do that, then you shouldn't be able to hide from anyone else in the division.

I am sure if Devon wins, GBP and Khan's team will be looking at this option as the winner will hold to of the belts at 140 and not a big puncher. We need these unification fights.

Dude, Khan is a Golden Boy Protection fighter, Devon Alexander is right there with Don King and SHO.

Theres no way its going to be made anytime soon, and if it was Devon would take his head clean off.

I think he should fight Maidana, at least give the guy his shot at the title. If Khan wins, then go after Alexander or Bradley.

But i dont think Khan is a better fighter than either Bradley or Alexander and i would make him the underdog if they fought.

Just because Maidana has punching power does not maen he would beat Khan. All Maidana would have in that fight is a punchers chance that all, Khan would run rings around him and box his head off.

Paulie is much better boxer all round and more known to the U.S public than Maidana and is a great U.S debut fight.

Darni i agree with you that Paulie is a much better fighter than Maidana and i believe Malignaggi v Khan is a true 50/50 fight, but Maidana has earned his shot.

Do you not agree that Maidana should be given his title opportunity vs Khan?

If I remember right 3 fights ago Maidana lost his shot with Kotelnik in a very close fight, Khan beat the same guy UD with one judge giving Khan all 12 rounds. Khan then beat his mandatory in 70 secs, then WBA try ordering another mandatory with Maidana which I think is a bit harsh.

Yes but on the same note Khan had done absolutely sweet f.a. to earn his shot vs Kotelnik. Which i thought Khan would lose, but he fought a great fight.

Plus i cant regard Salita as a real fight, as ive said before he wouldnt even be the best at British level, let alone a legit world challenger.

I think its just bollocks that team Khan and the joke coach Roach seem to be avoiding a fighter so blatantly.
