I am actually seriously considering buying a ticket and going down to see this fight. I haven't been to Vegas since I went to see JMM vs. PBF and I had a blast down there at the fights, and have been planning a return trip. This fight could very well be that trip.
FFS!! What's his plan? For everyone else to die of old age? I am a huge admirer of Holyfield's, and always will be, but reading **** like that just makes me wish this guy was not allowed to continue fighting! That said, if they announced Tyson-Holyfield III I would watch that!!
Just a big fan of the heavyweights. Especially the 90's heavies. And this is a fight that pits two of them together, so I am thinking I gotta be there.:good
At this point, thats the only fight that would do big numbers in the states. The heavyweight division is in shambles, with weak talent, with little excitement in the ring, and less enertainment behind the mic. I miss the days when fighters like Tyson use to hype their fights, to get the average fans attention. Now, I know maybe two guys that kinda follow heavyweight boxing.
As I said, a greater man than I. To plan a trip around seeing Holyfield/Botha shows that you are without question a fan of boxing well above anyone else here and for that, you deserve a medal in your honor. Or a room at Arkham Asylum.
dosent at all make him a fan of boxing it makes him a fan of certain boxers going to see a farce show dosent make you a true fan of boxing
If you do decide to come down here and watch it, the tics are really cheap. On the other hand, you could always wait a little bit and come down to see the FMJ/SSM bout.
I'd rather watch two old guys fight eachother than see them get beat up by a young fighter, but travelling to Vegas for it is pretty hardcore. I suppose you get to see Holyfield fight, which is something
If you're planning a trip to see Holyfield vs Botha (not to mention the fact he's pretty up to date on his current fighters), I'd say you have one of those iron clad fan cards
m not douting that im just saying that oing to see a poor shoe between to dinosaurs dosent make you that
:good Exactly. Even if it is this older, faded version of Holyfield, I would still like to see this fight as it could be his last for all we know and I want to see one of my idols in action before he retires for good this time.
