Vitali certainly won't unless he does something special in the next few years. Only to his merry band of nuthuggers will he be ranked that highly.

This is a very good point....when you fight 6 - 8 times a year you are bound to slip up somewhere along the way just from a conditioning point of view. Also, and something that I hadn't previously thought of, old time fighters didn't have the benefit of video footage to study an opponent so more often than not they would be going into the ring with absolutely no idea of the others mans style, strengths or weaknesses.
