I never said Khan personally ducks fighters, but his promotional team and management does. Its a ****ing fact.
Khan is about the same age just a bit older but got to the games and done really well. No question Devon is a good young fighter and i will stay up here in U.K and watch him tonight, hope he wins.
Khan is a prided guy, and he knows people talk about him not facing a puncher, Khan is in a co deal with GBP with Khan promotions and will have some say to who he fights. Khan said he wants to fight the best, and said by end of this year he wants to fight Bradley who he see's as the best 140 fighter. Lets what happens.
Ok so fine, you know what I am saying. Just because he didnt made the olympic team doesnt mean he's a lesser amateur boxer. Making the olympic team is a hard task in most countries, and basically is done with hard work and the blessing of not being injured or drawn up against more experienced amateurs. Circumstances needs to be just right for you to get into the olympics in top tier countries. Tyson and PBF didnt really manage to do all that well, and Tyson in fact got robbed off a place by Henry Tillman according to most observers. Floyd lost in the very first round. So they don't have medals, and made it equally far as Devon, I don't see your point to be honest. Not that medals don't count, they do and they help promote fighters and help build fan bases and such, but the pros are vastly different and these young guys are adapting well, so we'll see what happens. I definitely would favor Devon over Khan now though.
I know what you were saying, but i was just winding you up :smooch I hope a Alexander vs Khan fight can be made and 3 titles on the line, it will be good for us fans, and boxing as both Khan and Alexander are the future of the sport.
You know what, neither have I. So I don't have a ****ing clue what I'm getting tonight. :conf Oh well, I'm rooting for my boy Urango. Let's go "Iron Twin."
there's no denying khan acheived more as an amateur. who will acieve more in the rpo ranks remains to be seen.
Alexander is a good fighter who is going to be a nightmare style wise for Urango. Urango is a solid fighter but he will be outclassed by a better fighter with a style advantage tonight.
How's Alexander's chin? Has he been hurt or down before? Has he ever been in the ring with a puncher?
All I know is that Urango fought Berto and Berto didn't look good from what I've heard. Alexander by decision.
