    Round 5: 10-9 Vic
    Round 6: 10-9 Vic
    Round 7: 10-9 Vic
    Round 8: 10-9 Vic

Exchange in the middle. BIG left from Vic. RG is hurt and shaking. Vic follows up and lands well. RG bounces back and keeps Vic on the ropes. Lands some good shots. Left uppercut from Vic ends the momentum. RG is a machine. Big left, then right and a huge snapping left from Vic. RG is still coming forward but must be hurt from those punches. Back to the centre. RG has slowed already. Vic throwing at will but RG still awkward enough for him to miss a bit. Big uppercut from Vic then overhand left. It's really stepped up a gear now. Vic landing some vicious shots and dancing all around RG. Vic showing some impressive angles. That round felt like it was about a minute long. Good round from Vic.

He was getting hit with hard shots but just kept coming forward. The old Vic would've rushed him but he's fighting how yer suppose to. Continue on to outclass your opponent and a ko/stoppage may occur. If he keeps tapping that chin then Guerrero should be decked if not, he has a chin of plaster de paris. Gets harder as the rounds go by...

    Round 9

Rodrigo Guerrero. Before tonight, not a household name. After tonight, probably still not a household name. In this household, though, his name will be spoken in reverent tones every time someone asks what it means to be a fighter.

Guerrero read my sig, went to Lowell, MA and stepped into a public restroom, ran the tap and lapped up every drop until his bladder was full to bursting.

Guerrero trying to cut the ring off, but Vic has much fresher legs and his usual awkwardness makes the tiring Guerrero very unlucky in attempting to land shots that wouldn't accomplish much even if they landed, but God does he want them to. Guerrero manages to walk Vic down and attacks his body as Vic leans into the ropes. Vic able to simply walk through him. "Excuse me, sir, I'd prefer to be in the center of the ring" he says (with body language). "**** YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" replies Guerrero. "Wait, where'd you go?"

    Round 7: 10-9 Vic
    Round 8: 10-9 Vic
    Round 9: 10-9 Vic

RG comes out the aggressor. Throwing bravely but to no effect. Double left from Vic as he spins off the ropes. Left on to RG's face as he comes intoward Vic. Vic will want the KO now. Slowing the fight down dancing around the ring. Vic stays on the ropes. Uppercut from RG through Vics gloves then to the body. Small left from RG, but left on the inside from Vic. Vic opening up a bit. Vic landing good shots from the ropes as RG comes in. Vics hands low, toying with RG. Rg STILL coming foeward and flurries at the end but Vic avoids any punishment. Slower round, but all Vic's.

    Round 10

Please please please, either Guerrero land a lucky punch or Vic just knock him out. Three more rounds of this could be tragic.

It starts out rough and ugly. Guerrero doesn't give Vic any room to breathe. Vic throwing get-off-me punches but doesn't have space to get off. Vic taking a defensive round. Another brief clinch - ref is calling for breaks fairly quickly and they're obliging. Darchinyan finally gets a clear runway for the left and it lands but doesn't matter. Guerrero pumps his fists and throws his hands in punch-like motions but Vic is just putting his hands out to block them and Guerrero isn't able to lift his arms high enough to aim for Vic's face. He plants a left in Guerrero's face before a final clinch.

Guerrero has not won a round, but he's surely won many a fan.

They should have stopped this fight in the 5th.... Whats the point of letting this kid take all those shots with no chance?

    Round 9: 10-9 Vic
    Round 10: 10-9 Vic

IN the centre. RG coming forward but Vic just outboxing him in every dept. Big straight left from Vic knocks RGs head back. RG tired but still on the front step. Hook from Vic lands and they tie up. Vic's defence is impressive at the moment. Reading everything RG throws well. RG just moving forward and Vic dealing with everything that comes his way. Vics left lands EVERY time RG closes the gap. Body shot from Vic. Vic lands more as RG comes in - big left hand ends the round.

RG has heart man. Any other fighter would have been worn down physically and mentally by now.
