F***-off

  1. No. Urango was landing on him at will in a lot of instances and Juan was competitive the entire night. A lot of Devon's punchers weren't even landing. He'd landed a terrible percentage of his jabs and he was outgunned in the power punches dept. too. He's skilled, but not the most skilled in the division. I give Alexander FULL credit for landing that monstrous uppercut but Urango was starting to come on in that fight...let's not act like Devon was dominating from pillar to post because that's not what happened.

Ok...how many fighters at 140lbs fight like Urango. The toughest fighter at 140lbs just LOST TO A KID. No-one else at 140lbs will be as "difficult" as Urango.

The 140lb division has some serious potential right now. Bradley v Alexander has all the makings of a classic fight.

You are giving a hell of a lot of credit to Devon for beating Urango. I know why, cause he's black. And that's it. I beat you don't give the same credit to Hatton, and had no one black of your liking beaten Urango, he would be jut a club fighter in your opinion and not a meaningful win for anyone.

I am stating what I am seeing. I see countless number of Interviews and Articles where the Maidanas, Khans, Ortizs, Malignaggis are contstantly saying how much they want "OTHER" fighters. Yet after Alexander wins, the first words out his mouth was "I'LL FIGHT JUDAH, I'LL FIGHT BRADLEY".

Never, have I said Black Fighters are Better!!!! NEVER! I have asked "Are they held to a Higher Standard". Think about it. Think of all the great fights in history were a Brawler vs Boxer have been great for the Sport:

    Duran vs Leonard
    Duran vs Hearns
    Whitaker vs Chavez
    Taylor vs Chavez
    Trinidad vs Chavez
Hatton vs Mayweather...Just to name a few.

Think about it...Brawler vs Boxer / European vs United States / Mexico vs Puerto Rico. Boxing has profited greatly from Styles and Rivalries. And it's A DAMN SHAME that all you see (posters) is "OH, HE'S A RACIST,HE'S SAYING BLACK FIGHTERS ARE BETTER".

Stop and take a second, let's think...How Amazing would a JMM vs Lamont Peterson would be. or a Anthony Peterson vs Edwin Valero would be. or Devon Alexander vs Pacquiao. In fact, a recent thread of mine titled "One fighter looking for an Opponent, One fighter Looking for Respect...JMM vs Judah, Who Wins?" And what I said was JMM wins easy. Not the Black Fighter because their Better fighters:-(.

Its sad to think that in every hypothetical match-up of "my threads" pitting a Black Fighter (a Skilled boxer) vs a Hispanic/European (Brawler) that all you (posters) see, is that I am saying BLACK FIGHTERS ARE BETTER!!!
And by having that kind of Sad and Ridiculous Assumption...You are showing your LACK OF UNDERSTAND OF WHAT YOU READ AND A LACK OF REAL COMPREHENSION OF PRODUCTIVE REASONING:-(.

Its ok for Boricuas, Mexicans, Europeans to have Love and an Appreciation for their fighter...But If a Black American has a Love and Appreciation for a Fighter within his Culture...Then everyone assumes he saying BLACK FIGHTERS ARE BETTER!:-(

As far as Alexander he looked really good last night. He was also very hittable and that was from a guy like Urango who is tough as nails but not the most accurate and hardly a great boxer. I'd definitely put him in the top of the division, but i'd still like to see him with someone fast and accurate.
