Paul has pulled out again and left Kenny Anderson high and dry. This is the second time he has pulled out of this, last time was with a "cold" .

Apparently he broke his nose sparring in 16oz gloves against 147 Kell Brook..... :-( Kenny would have mullered him.... Kenny has now been matched with Patrick Mendy whose actually pretty decent. Just glad to get some rounds i'm sure... David now needs to be excluded from any eliminators until he proves he's still interested in boxing rather then posting bizarre updates on facebook.

I have only seen some white collar boxing footage of Mendy which is on Youtube. I looked at his record a few months ago because I follow T Dickinson pretty closely and his record is pretty decent. Hopefully he gives Anderson a decent test and Anderson can shake some ring rust off.

He's never been stopped and been the distance with a good puncher in dickinson... He looks ok on that white collar bout and he'll be bang up for it... its his world title shot. I can't wait for you lot to see the new Kenny Anderson. Kevin Maree has worked so hard and sacrificed a hell of a lot- I just hope the work in the gym transfers into the contest. If it does Scotland have another future world champion i'm positive.

it is getting ridiculous now. As much as i am not overly keen on anderson, you gotta feel sorry for him. David should now not be allowed into a british title eliminator for another 12 months at least.

I like Patrick Mendy. Very decent boxer with decent power and should offer a good test.

It wasn't a cold the first time. He had gastroenteritis, confirmed by a medical certificate.

No idea about this one. Regardless, Anderson should automatically move up the pecking order, for sure - none of it is down to him and things should be kept moving.

Must be really frustrating for Kenny, all these pull-outs, as it must be about a year since he was out last. I know he's raring to go, and I'm looking forward to seeing him in action.
I know he and Kevin have been working very hard in the gym. Really sound bloke too, so want to see him get out there and start establishing himself.
Some great match-ups to be made and he should be in the the mix right now with Paul Smith, Brian Magee, etc after just one or two fights to shake off the ring rust.
