What changed? Floyd didn't. Manny never thought that Floyd would accept the $10m per pound penalty, and when Floyd did, Manny panicked and made up the excuses that we are all so familiar with today.

 

Pacquiao clearly changed his mind and it's not the first time he's tried to get things changed in his favour during negotiations.

Still at least one of them is getting into an anticipated fight after this so it isn't all bad.

 

what changed is the whole issue of blood testing which Pac was probably not aware of at the time.

also, in that very same article "If the commission decides to do any testing then maybe they'll find something in Floyd, because they certainly won't find anything in Manny," said Koncz.

So obviously it was always clear to Pac that it would be the commission who would oversee the testing, not some external organization of floyd's choosing.

What would it matter who was doing the testing as long as they are impartial and treat both fighters equally?

Like Roger Mayweather said people dont like when floyd say he is the best of his era because they aint never done **** in their life. So its hard for them to believe someone could be the best at what they do. He said Ali said he was the Greatest and people didnt believe it at first but what did he do? He showed them and made believers out of all of them!!!!

 

Are you seriously trying to compare Floyd to Muhammad Ali?

 

No Sir!!! Just their statements on one being the Greatest of all time and one saying he is the best of this era. I actually agree with both statements from Ali and Floyd.

 

Pacquiao and company blatantly backed up from the fight, they first demanded the $10 million per pound, the glove size, the 50/50 split, and they got it and once they realized the fight was on, they bolted out the door by screaming that the testing was unacceptable and to change the company, well Mayweather changed the company to the guys that do the MLB, Pacquiao backed out again demanding a cutoff date of 1 month, Mayweather compromised and went half way and he still bitched out.

 

He called out for a rematch against DLH and then backed out. History repeats in this case.
