your argument really doesn't answer my question that floyd and his clan is afraid of pac. yes pac is more of a suspect than before for refusing floyd's demands but floyd is more of a ***** now than ever for asking a test he asked no one previously just because his father thinks pac is on roids.

it was basically layed-out by arum on him promising that it was fair deal. but arum doesn't know that pac has an issue with blood test close to the fight so once they knew what the olympic style testing is all about they requested for a more controlled one. and it was just a draft, people can stipulate what else are lacking or not needed once formal negotiations take place.

Floyd requested Pac take random blood test up until the fight.

Pac agreed.

Pac requested Floyd pay 10 million per lb. Floyd agreed.

After Floyd agreed, Pac said no to up until the fight. 7 day cut off, then changed his mind again.

Then Pac wanted Pre Set Dates for "random test" and a 30 day cut off.

Then Pac said he'll do Pre Set Dates with a 24 day cut off, then random test up until 24.

That particular video exposes the truth that Pacquiao does not use steroids.

At the end... the section on the tale of the tape just proves that Pacquiao has been a welterveight for a long time and decided to stop bullshitting the scales and fight at his natural weight because making weight was taking it's toll on him.

I've never mentioned that Floyd is trying to clean up boxing so don't try to build a strawman argument.

I don't think Mayweather is scared at all but for whatever reason he wants Pacquaio to prove he's clean, something has made him suspicious so the simple thing to do is for Pacquiao to just get on with it, make it a non issue and make the fight happen.

If Mayweather was scared he wouldn't even be negotiating with him in the first place, he wouldn't have agreed to the 50/50 split, the $10 million weight demand or the 8oz gloves.
