You guys don't have a lot of faith in CLottey it seems. As for the ones who think it's outrageous saying Clottey would be better than the current Mosley...Maybe.
I think Floyd would have more problems, and it's a better fight with Mosley (who's more aggressive, or so I hope he is).
Mosley vs Clottey...I'd probably put my $ on Clottey because he's younger, and hungrier.
Yeah Mosley beat Margarito, but after his mind effected about those bricks, with holding (tiring him out), body work, and big shots. If you go back many years ago against Clottey he was dismantling Margarito rounds 1-4 as well, and even more impressively than Mosley. Clottey didn't have to hold, didn't have to move around, he stood toe to toe, and was mashing him with hard shots.
Clottey made Judah quit. You can see when the doctor held his fingers up with 2, and Judah says "3", and then tryed to act surprised whenever they called it off (he looked for a way out). Clottey beat Cotto in my book, or it should have at least been a draw (cotto, the man that outboxed Mosley quite a few years ago).
I know styles make fights, and I'd think Mosley would be better fit to beat Mayweather, but I just wonder what CLottey could do. I do think it'd be a boring fight, and thus probably go to Mayweather. Considering Floyd only throws one punch at a time, and Clottey has such a guard...I really don't see him connecting with much.

Mayweather UD is the likely outcome, but Clottey has an outside chance if he can get past Mayweather's defense. Clottey-Mosley would be a more even fight.

You are a complete moron. If Mosley is all those things that you said he is why didn't Pac fight him instead of Cotto?

Then you go on to say Clottey beat Judah who gave Mayweather problems. Do you even know enough about boxing to know why Judah gave Mayweather problems? Judah is fast and agressive. It doesn't work against a big powerful guy like Clottey. Works perfect against a smallish counter puncher. Styles make fights.

Mayweather shuts Clottey out no less than 8-10 rounds of a 12 round championship match. UD EVERY time! Clottey getting hit and punching where Mayweather used to be.

Come on man. Where do you *******s find these views? :huh

Mosley has campaigned at 154 and is huge for welter. He's also more elite now then Clottey could ever dream of being.

Margarito was injured himself, and flat. Styles make fights, Clottey had a good performance, and couldn't bring himself the victory. Mosley sealed the deal. That in and of itself is twice as impressive as Clottey standing the guy on his head for a couple rounds. He couldn't win. Period. He couldn't close out Cotto, either. Guy stopped punching in the final round.

He has none of the stylistic elements that give Mayweather trouble as of late. Stationary, flat-footed, and inactive. He wouldn't get shots off, and would get peppered to a UD loss.

Floyd isn't just undefeated in real life he wins every single fantasy match-up, which negates the reason for real fights.

This is a fight floyd would never agree too. I'm not saying Clottey would beat Floyd, or even has the skill set to give Floyd trouble, but the thing I love about real life is it has to happen... Baldo Vs. Judah, Holyfield vs. Tyson, Rahman vs. Lewis, Quintana vs. Williams and my all time favorite Buster Douglas vs. Mike Tyson.

PBF would eat a stationary target like Clottey for lunch. He would win 10-2 or 9-3.

That might even be a little generous to Clottey.

That 39 year old looked real good against margarito who beat clottey
that 39 year old also wouldnt even waste his time with clottey he left the table and went after berto and mayweather 2 undefeated fighters thats higher on the p4p list. That 39 year old is the Righing weleter weight champion. when was Clottey last win?
