he's from hayward you sarcastic *******s! lol he went to hayward high,but has trained in oakland for the longest so people get the impression that he's from oakland.hayward and oakland are about 10 minutes apart but nonetheless he's a great champ that represents the EAST BAY and the bay area as a whole,that's why everybody loves em out here.
Yup straight outta kings gym. Well its like that for just about every fighter who lives in a small town. Exp some fighter might be from Daly City which is right dam near San Francisco so he'll say hes fighting outta San Francisco. I think its a smart thing to do since it makes it look like Ward is fighting for the Bay Area. Alot of Mexican fighters do this, they live out in the boonies but say the are fighting out of Mexico City. I think it makes sense business wise.
Pretty soon the white america public with adopt him as one of their own and Ward will be ruined!!!!!!!!!
