James Tony has lost his damn mind!!

    He truly thinks that he's just gonna walk into the octagon and dominate these mma fighters who have been around the sport practically thier entire lives. Rumor is, he's going to be fighting Randy "The Natural" Couture. This guy is an MMA/UFC legend and future hall of famer. Its the same as Brock Lesnar coming into boxing and saying that he's gonna dominate one of the Klitschko's at thier own game. U guys would laugh your asses off!

    As for Couture, yes he might be up there in age, but so is Tony. Difference is, Randy is always in tip top shape. Tony cant even do 10 situps. He has to get in shape just to get in shape.

    Randy is going to slam him to the ground and Toney can't do anything, not anything from there.

    He'll be dominated so bad it's not even going to be slightly funny to watch, it's going to be embarrassing.

    Why not?
    At some point "ALL" of the top MMA fighter's have been knocked out.
    If the only resort is to take down Toney because of fear of stand-up...

    That & why & who said James can't learn to **** up and fight on the ground?
    Just being James.. His Stand-Up is already better than 99% over everyone in MMA.

    I can't wait to see Toney in the octagon myself. I hope he fights Kimbo, to be honest. It'll be a standup bout, that's for sure...

    Are u as stupid as Tony? Couture has only 1 thing to watch out for. Tony's punches. Tony on the other thing has several things to watch for. Knee's, kicks, elbows, take down, ground and pound, submission, etc..

    As a life long boxing fan, and big fan of James, its going to be a sad day for both when/if he gets in the ring with Randy.

    Dana White's goal here is to get James Toney beat up so he can talk **** about boxing. Boxing's big PPVs are still blowing UFC's out of the water so he needs a red herring.

    Lesnar practically walked in kicked the top heavyweight's asses, including Randy Couture's. Yes, he was a great wrestler in college, but he had no background in anything else. The same could be said for Toney, who has steller background in boxing, but nothing else.

    James Tony's goal here is to get HIMSELF beat up. Dana didnt go to James. James went to Dana talking about how he wanted to compete in MMA. The boy lost his mind.

    First of all it's "Toney" jackass.. :lol:

    Second, Who said Toney can't also use those tactics?
    Is it in his contract not to use those, Stop getting fooled by MMA.
    James is a fighter, He will do well don't worry about him.

    Lesnar is a freak of nature. Aside from his pro wrestling backround, he is very quick and agile for a man his size. Not to mention being extremely powerful. The man is a beast at 6'3 265lbs.

    Last time I checked, Dana's a big-time fan of boxing. Just not the way it's run... He respects the fighters and the sport though, as far as I've been able to tell...

    He ran his mouth and now they have him, if I was White I'd feed him to Dos Santos, Cro Cop or Kongo and see if he can even beat a heavyweight striker in the UFC. If he puts him in with Lesnar, the fight will be over in 30 seconds

    Thats fine, but he had a background in nothing else and dominated. Toney is still a world class boxer, whose a freak of nature when it comes to boxing skills. He's no different than Lesnar coming into the UFC, he went from the WWE to MMA and destroyed all the top guys in his path.:lol:
