Kell Brook: Bring on Cotto

Unfortuneatly our fighters seem to move a bit slower career wise than americans. Brook is a very good prospect though, loads of potential.
Whats the problem with him talking himself up anyway? Thats the way to do it. How many yanks on here had heard of him before you posted that ? Now they know his name even if most are too thick to remember it.

I like the look of Kell Brook though.

I reckon he would though, and probably get battered. You never know though, maybe it's time for a new kid on the block. Cotto took a ****in right beating last time out, could be ripe for the picking.

 

i dont rate brook his **** cotto batters him stops him within 3 rounds

 

cotto would stop him in the middle rounds at the latest,brook needs to beat jennings still yet,if that fight ever finally happens.

 

naaa Tko 3? c'mon Bienias has a solid chin and quite good defence , he's my fellow countryman so i've seen him in a couple of fights ,he aint great but certainly better than every1 brook's faced so far , i'd be very surprised to see ko before, lets say round 8....

 

McIntyre would box rings around Bienisas. Brook is stopping him for sure, anything less than that would be a big disappointment.

 

Brook's left cross would end Cotto.

 

I agree that brook can be a great boxer but I would certainly have given Nathan Cleverly the young fighter of the year award ahead of him to be honest.

 

I wouldn't begrudge either of those fighters that award myself.

 

There was only 1 vote in it, but remember the vote was made in September, so Cleverly didn't have Fry on his record (which probably would have swung the vote in his favour). You could have argued either of them winning it, although I felt Brook looked more impressive in his perfomances.

 

Ha, i do agree that Kell Brook shouldn't be runnin his mouth before he gets some better names under his belt but he has been my guy to watch for a while and i've been hyping him for ages to everyone I know so hope he can start stepping up and be someone to do us proud at WW for once!
