I agree also. Personally I think Vitali is waiting for David Haye or the winner anyway, and this is a stay busy fight. It could be a good scrap..............but I don't expect it to be close.

IMO Tua is tailor made for Vitali. Too bad he couldn't get some respectable, recent wins under his belt to justify.

 

It's one of those rare moments where we agreed on something again.

I dont think this fight will be that exciting, but I do think it should be shown on tv. Wlad is the heavyweight champ of the world, and deserves at least that much. I dont care what time it's on, I just want to sit back nd watch a Wlad fight as I usually do. Drink in one hand, the remote in the other. So I could put it on mute for when Kellerman decides to talk.

 

People put down the Kbros because of their crazy fanbase who claim they walk on water. Both of these guys would be nothing more than contenders in any other time. They are way to mechanical and predictible and if they fought past fighters that people claim they could wipe the floor with they would get their A$$ wiped. " If I kill you with a million razor blades" it would be like watching any current heavyweight fight. None of these guys have an ounce of skill outside of Toney and he is off to the UFC. I have seen some great boxing and boxers in my life time and none of the current heavyweights make the top 50. Do not get me wrong the Kbros are the best by far in the division but they are nothing special skill wise

this is the crazy kind of Crap that makes people dislike the Kbros. They are by far the best today but c'mon lets keep it real!

 

It's a sign of a very bad division because as bad as this choice seems to be (dude lost to zuri lawrence a couple of years ago) it's hard to come up with many other willing and available better hw's (though there's got to be some). His last challenger, Kingpin, had fought nobody and although i thought KJ would be allright b/c he showed potential agaisnt very weak comp, it's hard to credit that selection to much either. Arreola was a bit more deserving but not all that much. Bad divsioin and it's a shame we can't get haye-klit now and that povetkin doesn't want to fight top fighters becasue after about 4 or 5 fighters there's not much behind right now.

Gomez is 6 feet 4 inches tall, southpaw, had over 300 amateur fights for Cuba, look what Vitali did to him. Vitali had an implied contract with Haye, but Haye ran like Hell. Vitali is still trying to get a fight with Haye.

Vlad had a signed contract with Haye, but Haye broke it, and ran like Hell.

Klitschkos are cleaning out out the top ten. They are beating the best out there, which is the reason they are hated so badly. 61,000 fans at Vlad/Chagaev Ring Championship fight. Chagaev beat Valouev, won the WBA title, Vlad beat Chagaev, so WBA gave title to Valouev. Haye ran, did not throw punches was given a gift. Haye is a damned coward.

 

If de la Hoya (back when), Mayweather or Paquiao were to ever challenge for the heavyweight title I could finally understand why those skinny dramatic ****s make $20 million bucks a fight. :-(
