I saw Pavlik live and he has a great 1-2. I love the guy, but that is all he has. No footwork, no angles, no body attack. I think Williams follows Hopkins blueprint and outpoints Pavlik even more one-sidedly.

 

He underestimated him, obviously but that is reaching. I guess Bernard, was stripped of that when Calzaghe worked him over, and he had to fake low blows just to catch his breath.

If Sergio, beats him at his own weight, then he will really be stripped of something.

 

NBA has to hold onto this illusion so that he can have some hope if HBO forces Paul to fight Kelly.
