I'm sorry but Cotto is not the warrior fans make him out to be.

Floyd invited that type of **** with his behavior and comments. Even you have to see the difference.

And if there's never a Cotto vs. Williams....who gives a ****. Williams has a ton of people to make a career out of. He's just been busy calling out bigger names or anyone with a belt.

    OK, point well-taken.

How about "the vast majority of posters here" or even "virtually everyone"???

Only one is suspicious, the Margo win

Pac has never failed a blood or urine test so he is innocent until proven guilty :bart

I give a ****. And so does Paul.

You just said a few minutes earlier "at least Cotto has beaten a lot of ranked guys"... But now you say it's OK for him to make a career out of fighting tons of other people since the high-ranked guys with belts won;t fight him because of some PPV# excuse...

I usually say, "Certain posters" or "some posters" unless I am specifically talking about a group, like saying the "Floyd fanboys."

Even "most" or "virtually" everyone would probably not even be true either, since there are a lot of posters here.

But dude, no need to listen to me. The **** do I know. :D

He sure stopped fighting, and hopped on his bike something shamefully against Clottey....

You and Clottey need to get over that ****. Clottey didn't cut off the ring properly, gave a half assed effort towards the end of the fight, and let Cotto pot shot him. Too late crying about it after the fact.

Then he should have dropped the WBO belt and stuck around to get ranked by another more popular Org. If you can't get the fight you want, make it happen by beating everyone else. Margarito wasn't getting any major named holding the WBO belt, but he beat a lot of top ranked fighters in the meantime. And blame Goosen more then anyone. He wanted to parade Williams as some 3-4 division force which essentially kept him from getting ranked in any one.

If he says he can make a fight at 147, then he needs to fight there, even if it's NOT vs. some top ranked WW.

 I hear ya man. And it is annoying. But dude...those guys do make it easy. 70% of the time, the Floyd fanboys don't even address a post of mine they quoted.

Thanks. You're wrong. I said that we would expect a professional boxer to have more mental fortitude, toughness, whatever, than an average person. This does not imply that an individual cannot be as tough or more tough than a professional boxer.

Accountants are better at math than the average person. Does this imply that you must be an accountant to be good at math?

Clottey actually outlanded Cotto in those last four rounds.

    Rounds 9-12

    Clottey 72-196
    Cotto 57-201

Doesn't sound like Clottey "quit fighting" or "gave away the last rounds" like people love to claim.
