Pacquiao eats pressure fighters alive. Right handed counter punching from an elite fighter is the key to beating Pacquiao.

Clottey's is in trouble if that's their gameplan.

Oh goodness that is a terrible strategy. If Clottey thinks he can somehow be more aggressive than Manny he's just asking to get cold-cocked. Pacquiao eats pressure fighters for dinner.

Wait Clottey wants to pressure? Is more believable if he just says he would throw more punches. pressure is pushing it.

Agreed but Wink would fight a good 10-12 rds Clottey takes too many damn breaks, and almost fights in spurts late in the fight.

They lack the stamina to keep up serious pressure for 12 rounds. Clottey isn't a pressure fighter, he tends to wait and that will be his downfall in my opinion.

He needs to jab away and keep his distance. He's done it before, right?

    Freddie's gameplan:

"I don't think size wins fights. I think skill does. He may be a little stronger than Manny on the inside, he might hit a little harder, but I think our speed will nullify that. Clottey will wait for you to throw a combination and then, when you've stopped, he'll throw back. So if you stand in front of him, you're an idiot. We're not going to do that. He's not going to be able to find us. Sometimes he uses his head. If you fall into the pocket with him, his best punch is an uppercut and his second best punch is a headbutt. So we're not going to go in there. We're going to fight him at distance."

must be tiring keeping that tight guard up.... i can't figure out why clottey is throwing low numbers like bhop numbers per round. Maybe he doesn't like to run in the bronx.
