Clottey is a crybaby ******, he didn't win that fight, he got knockdown by a jab and gave away the last two rounds like the maricon that he is.

    Clottey was like Dirrel.
He gave up the fight in the last 2 rounds.

Everyone knows compubox is not exact but it's generally a reflection of what was happening in the fight.

If you consider that Cotto landed very few clean punches and most of Clottey's landed punches were clean, it amazes me that some people still argue about the injustice in this decision.

Look at the a facts of the fight from compubox, given there are supposed to as objective as me and you. Three people can all not be so biased.

Clottey won that fight. He only should have made it more emphatic in the last two rounds. Even then he out-threw and outlanded Cotto in power shots in both of those rounds.

Round 10, Cotto was 7/44(3 power, 4 jabs), Clottey 16/50 (10 power, 6 jabs). Yet most forumites will insist Cotto won the 10th round because of two left hooks he landed whiles taking about 4 in return.

Let's give credit to Cotto for staying in the fight even though he was taking a beating but to be fair and honest, he didn't win in any shape, form or way.

So he deserves to be cheated?

Are you OK with the notion that if you fight certain places you have to overcome an inherent handicap?

You are all but admitting the results of the judges scorecard might have been different had the fight been somewhere else.

If someone says this about your little precious Cotto, all the Cotto-queers would be up in arms.

Clottey is right. Cotto didn't want any parts of him from the 7th Round on...

I personally think Dirrell's best rounds were the last 2. He wobbled Froch and actually decided to exchange.

He ran the rest of the fight. It was seriously his fight to win. He was in England FFS. He should've put that ****er to sleep. Or at least an embarassing ass shutout.

Clottey should've won the fight and was controlling it with only two rounds to go. Yet, against a fighter who showed all the guts in the world and was fighting with impaired vision due to a cut caused by an accidential head-butt, he just didn't fight with the urgency he needed to in order to seize the fight. Clottey would've won a split decision had he'd been willing to suck it up when the fight was hanging in the balance like Cotto did.

You know dick about effective aggression. Clottey fights in straight lines. Can't cut off a ring for ****. He pretty much just followed Cotto around allowing him to box circles around him, hence making COTTO the ring general.

Clottey's first and overall fatal flaw was that he thought he didn't need a KO to win in MSG. They ****in' asked him that and he thought Arum would play fair. :-:)bart

Naa man. Cotto's the champ. It's in Cotto's backyard. And the defendant will always get the sway for the closer rounds.
