Vitali would step on Toney and squash him. Sosnowski is Euro champion, well known in Europe, Boytsov is still too early in his career. Solis would have been a fun fight, Vitali would have knocked him out and put more pressure on Haye to quit running and breaking contracts.

Boytsov or Sosnowski, neither one has done or shown anything to get a shot. Boytov doesn't impress me at all, he's just a lesser version of Chagaev.

Look Sosnowski is undeserving, nobody denies that. He had his ups and dows. You mention Zuri Lawrence but recently Sosnowski had a string of success. Knocking out Danny Williams in England. A draw with Pianeta where he deserved the nod and a win over Vidoz.

then again I'd rather he stay active against this bum than be inactive.

James Toney is better than a bum, and has been talking so much **** against the Klitschkos, that I'm surprised they won't do anything about it.

Easy fight for Vitali or Vlad. If Vitali would fight Toney, easy knockout, he would really catch even more hatred by by the bigots.

i don't know man Toney fighting guys who are 12-5 and getting dodgy decisions against Fred Oquendo aint exactly the type of **** that make me think he's any better than this bum VK is about to face.

tbh I don't really wanna see Toney take that kind of beatdown at this point.

Not particularly. Adamek hasn't looked great at heavyweight so far.

Vitali wants to finally get Haye into the ring, even after Haye broke a signed contract with Vlad and an implied contract with Vitali. I suspect Vitali will probably retire after he knocks Haye out, but I will not hold my breath while waiting for Haye to get into a ring with either Klitschko.

I hope he will at least bring his A game and make it entertaining fight.

Vitali is hoping Haye will fight him next.

    I wouldn't hold my breath.

We can still hope, but it seems with Vitali approaching the 40 year mark and Haye happily entangling himself in the WBA/Don King circus act of contracts, mandatory defenses and rematch clauses I think it's a slim chance only, unfortunately.

By Antsu: "What the ****. So in your opinion only options for title defense were nobody Sosnowski and Solis. Get real."

    I'm real here.

Povetkin, Adamek and Tua as well are still not ready for any title shot
in a next few months and they are admitting this themselves.

Dimtrenko is coming from a lose and he need rebuild himself
especially before fighting someone like Viatly, immagine if Vitaly
would picked up Dimitenko to fight right after his lose???

Ruiz, Haye, Valuev like to be in the mix together.

Boytsov .. his best win so far is Biedenko who was borderline top 30.

Old timers: Toney, Rahman, one handed Golota, Holyfield, asthmatic Briggs
Oleg Masayev or Peter (on decline) again ... are they really as much more challenging
at this stage? Brewster is done as well.

Ibragimov, or Liakhovich ... are they even active now?

Who else is there better than Sosnowski NOW?

I see only Solis (270lb recently) and maybe Austin or Thompson again
or Meehan who was screwed out a few times from the title shot but he
didn't fought in 2 years, so maybe Chagaev would get next chance?
But seriously, Austin, Thompson and Cahageev already lost their title
fights and they did not impressed in the process

... so why not Sosnowski this time?
