And Bute will probably have a mandatory after Miranda

  2. When's this gonna happen...in 2013?? No way does Chad fight in Canada two fights in a row. Will never happen.

Why not? You don't seem to like the idea but you're not the one receiving the money from a full arena.

If there's a rematch clause in the Pascal fight, where do you think it's gonna be? Connecticut?

  5. Not out of the realm of possibilities.

  6. How's that Steve Molitor fella doin' these days.:yep ****ing bum ass Canadians.

  7. I heard that Pavlik might fight Bute later on, if he wins his fight against Martinez. Didn't hear about Dawson vs Bute, though.

I think it's best if Bute stays at 168.

What does Molitor have to do with this ? He fights at Casinorama in Ontario. Dawson-Pascal will take place at the Bell Center, most likely in front of 20 000 people with HBO broadcasting. What's wrong with that ? If Dawson could draw anything close to that, the fight would be in the US.

    Don't like Canadians ? Please explain...we're listening...

Maybe, just maybe, Dawson will find he enjoys fighting in front of thousands of fans in a packed house more than a half-full bingo hall.

Yeah, despite believing that Dawson should be able to take out both Pascal and Bute, it's clear that they can draw much better than he can. Having each fight in Montreal makes good fiscal sense.

It's a tall order for him to handle the intensity of that venue, for sure. Maybe it will help that he fought on the undercard of Calzaghe/Lacy, so at least he's been in the building for a raucous environment.

If that's your best point, then I suppose I win big time.

This is huge, if he fights them both, we will beat them both and his respect and popularity will rise tremendously, so I don't see why not. Do it Dawson

Dawson is the man...quietly building a heck of a resume and taking on the best available fighters.

Pascal is really not that popular. They barely sold 8,800 tickets for his last fight. Dawson isn't well known among casual fans in Canada.

I'd be surprise if they sell more then 12,000 tickets for Pascal-Dawson.
