Heavyweightwise Foreman would probably have remained undefeated and became the greatest Heavyweight of all time.

In terms of strict ring accomplishments he isn't.

But in the sense where he's the most loved and popular, that's where he's the greatest.

Muhammad Ali is the Greatest Heavyweight of All Time...

BUt ive never thought of him, as the greatest fighter of all time...

Even Muhammad Ali, probably thought Sugar Ray Robinson was the Greatest Ever...!

    Tell me why.

Tell me how much many title defences Ali had and how often he needed to win the title back?

Louis beat lineal hw champions Carnera, Baer, Sharkey, Braddock, Schmeling, Walcott. Additionally he beat greats like Tommy Farr, John Henry Louis, Jimmy Bivins, Billy Conn. He only lost to atg heavyweights Schmeling, Charles and Marciano.

Ali has the better wins at the very top but Louis makes up for it easily in terms of depth of resume and record of title defences (25).

SRR no doubt. Ali himself admitted SRR was the greatest of all time.

    Who said Marciano? :nono

You know as well as I do what a loaded question this is.

Ali's prime was destroyed by the Vietnam War.

Were any of those guys that he beat, better than Joe Frazier, George Foreman or Sonny Liston?

    Lennox Lewis beats every heavyweight.
I'll take Lewis as goat in heavy without Ali.

So was Louis with WW2 ....

Are you even able to read? And yeah, Schmeling has enough arguments to be ranked above Liston. Slightly better resume, longer at the very top (9 years ranked in the Top3/5 by ring magazine), more beaten ring ranked top contenders, the greatest win in hw history, more title defences. Yeah Ali has the better top wins but Louis makes up for it with more depth in his resume, number of title defences, not losing in 14 ears and even better longevity.

That's not a knock at Ali, I have them tied at hw but everyone who doesn't see the arguments for Louis above or at the same place as Ali is an ignorant idiot.
