And if punch stats were the deciding factor in boxing matches you and clottey would have a great case to make (incidentally Mayweather would also have a 1 in his L column as he was outlanded by Castillo) but fights are judged and scored round by round. Was clottely more convincing in the rounds he won...yes, but he won less rounds and was also dropped in the first round. He did nothing in the last few rounds. Even his biggest supports (aside from yourself obviously) would tell you this. Walking forward doesn't equate to winning rounds. In any event this wasn't an arguement about who won that fight you made a claim Cotto ran in that fight and he didn't he was forced to box becasue he couldn't see. You all also fail to realize that Cotto was teh smaller man against Clottey, Marg, and possible Mosley and couldn't be expected to walk them down... I know I know Pac was smaller but i already conceded that he went into survival mode against pac early due in large part becasue when he opened up he couldn't see Pac's punches coming.

 

Clottey did enough to win. He chased Cotto ass around the rign and outlanded him.

Had that been Floyd getting that type of decision everyone would hit the roof, and you know it.

As far as the Clottey fight, you said he did nothing in the last few rounds? Seriously? He threw 196 punches to Cotto's 201 punches. He outlanded him 72 to 57... And he was the aggressor. But he did nothing???

Judah aside, I mentioned in my post that he did show great heart and toughness in the Judah fight. He didn't "run" against Mosley??? There are times in that fight when Mosley actually jogs after him dude, I have no problem with the decision, but do not say Cotto wasn't on his bicycle in that fight. :deal

Floyd doesn't have the fan support that the other 5 guys have. I am a fan of many fighters (Shane mostly) and accept their faults but refuse to nuthug as many fans do.
