That guy is very unbiased and fair in his points. And at 6:52 he makes a great point that everyone seems to forget....which is that Pac coming off the Barrera and JMM rematches in '07 and '08, less then 2 years ago, appeared to be slowing down.

 

Manny becoming a better boxer is a direct result of drugs only found by taking blood.

He took "right hand" enhancing EPO that taught him how to land the right hooks that dropped hatton and hurt Cotto.
His rhythm and movement enhancing HGH taught him how to punch at angles.
He used "the clear" to maintain his 145ish fight weight for the past 5 years when he had lost to Morales and drew with Marquez.
