He signed Froch over Warren becuase he had courted him for some time. from frochs 1st aba title win he was interested in signing him and he went to the world championships where froch won bronze.

basically froch new he was henneseys number 1 priority and he liked that. where as warren was after loads of guys including Haye at the time how he missed out on the 2 best fighters of that generation, he must be pissed about that becuase both sell tickets and our world champs.
